Madrid Novias Spring 2011: Madrid Bridal Week Spring 2011
Between 6th and 9th May, the fair's Fashion Show, known
as CIBELES MADRID NOVIAS, presented the collections of 28 designers
in
Hall 14.1,
an initiative staged to coincide with the trade activity at the fair itself.
Once again this year, this fair organised by IFEMA brought together the best
ideas and collections for brides and bridegrooms, as well as ceremony and
First Communion attire, for next season 2011, based on the participation
of 132 companies and brands.
New collection of IKKS Women for Summer 2010
The brand is founded in 1987 by Gérard Legoff, whose idea was to create a fashionable garments' brand for the juniors.
By 2006 IKKS was sold in 156 stores (France, Spain, Belgium, Luxemburg, Middle East, Hong Kong, United States...) and by 3,300 multi-brands around the world.
By presenting a natural and non-idealised image of its target consumers, IKKS has seduced all the age groups including opinion formers.

Georges Chakra upcoming Spring/Summer 2010 Couture Show during Paris Fashion Week
Participating in Paris Fashion Week, the Spring/Summer 2010 Couture show of Lebanese designer Georges Chakra was held on January 25, 2010 in Paris, at L'École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts.
Drawing inspiration from nature's beauty, Chakra's collection treads the fine line between reality and fantasy, while staying true to the feminity of women.
A collection of forty three dresses was presented characterized by varying geometric lines, contemporary designs, contrasting hues combined with delicate necklines and asymmetrical cuts.
The Sixth season of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin
From January 20 - 23, 2010 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin showcases an exciting portfolio of designers in the German capital. Jakarta Fashion Week 2009/10 - The ultimate fashion week in Indonesia is back
Jakarta Fashion Week 2009/2010 (JFW 09/10) officially began on November
14. The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Mr. Fauzi Bowo, attended the opening ceremony
to inaugurate the event. Located at The Pacific Place Mall Jakarta, JFW 09/10
aims to deliver Indonesia's trend directives for 2010. Each runway show sounded
its voice, exhibiting Indonesia's readiness for global exposure.

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada in the Russian Fashion Week

Lydia Delgado triumphed at Madrid fashion week
Foreign agencies reported that the models of the Spanish designer Lydia Delgado were accepted very well at the 50-th edition of Madrid fashion week.
The fashion performance was held at the exhibition hall IFEMA's and the audience appraised the presented models as a work of art, caring the tradition of Spanish femininity in clothing. Delgado presented her fashion collection Spring/Summer 2010.
