Adam Levine launching his own fragrance in 2013

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine will release his first scent called 222 next year. Adam will team up with ID PERFUMES for the product, which will be made for both men and women. The new fragrance will be available for sale in May 2013."Adam is a performer with tremendous charisma, both on stage and on TV," the perfume company's chairman and CEO Ilia Lekach said in a statement.
Stars will compete for top perfume honour

Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and Shakira are among the stars battling it out for a top honour at a prestigious fragrance awards ceremony later this year.
Aguilera's self-titled scent, as well as her By Night version, Carey's Lollipop Bling, and S by Shakira are all up for the Broad Appeal (Women) honour at America's annual FiFi Awards. Also nominated are Halle by Halle Berry, Avril Lavigne's Forbidden Rose, Eva by Eva Longoria and Outspoken by Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas.
Jennifer Aniston promotes her new self-titled perfume in Mexico

Despite reportedly lackluster sales of her first signature perfume in the UK, actress Jennifer Aniston launched her debut fragrance to US consumers on Thursday at the St. Regis Hotel in Mexico City, Mexico.
The 42-year-old actress created a fragrance that claims to evoke the scent of "sunny days at the beach and happy summer nights". She launched the perfume at Harrods in London back in July of last year, initially under the name "Lolavie".
