Saint Laurent Spring-Summer 2014 collection by Hedi Slimane
Youth - that's the key word of Hedi Slimane's Spring-Summer 2014 collection for 'Saint Laurent'.
The Saint Laurent woman is a stroppy girl who still smells of teen spirit with her teeny sequin dress, a jacket with big shoulders and sparkling silver ankle socks.
The garments are mixture of the 1970s and the mid-1990s by way of Los Angeles grunge. It's for the brave woman, who is self-confident and bold.
Some of the famous faces, who were on the front row during the show includes Salma Hayek, Lennie Kravitz, Jean Paul Gaultier and Azzedine Alaia.
Collection includes: soft biker jackets, tuxedos, spotty voile blouses, masculine pinstriped blazers, a flattering tuxedo jump suit and a slew of kitten heeled, lace up patent ankle boots and court shoes - almost all of them in black.
The models had kohl-rimmed eyes, a pallor, and sometimes brilliant black blunt-cut bobs.
Slimane took the red lip print and splashed it over a short black simple sleeved dress and on a white pouf shouldered top.
