Colorful luxury footwear by Manolo Blahnik for Fall-Winter 2014/2015

Legendary Spanish-born shoe designer Manolo Blahnik presented his Fall-Winter 14/15 collection on February 9, 2014 during the New York Fashion Week (for the first time ever).

Collection includes: a variety of flats, booties and a few tall boots, bold colored suede, silk pumps, embroidered and brocaded details, polished laces.

The palette includes shades of the all rainbow colors plus classic black, white, gray and brown.

For presentation of the project were created specially commissioned films directed by fashion illustrator, journalist and photographer Michael Roberts. The first was 'Walk With Me: A Victorian Ghost Story', which features Edie Campbell's younger sister Olympia as a well-heeled 19th-century lady. The second, titled 'Manolo Blahnik at Work', shows the great man at work in the studio in his white coat, shaping lasts, picking materials and crafting his famous heels.
