Womenswear: Uma Wang Fall-Winter 2015/2016 collection
Uma Wang is a Chinese fashion designer, who established her eponymous label a few years ago in London and since than has shown her collections during the London, Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks.
Wang has been awarded the 2011 Audi Progressive Designer Award, the Beijing CCDC Best Designer award in 2010 and the Shanghai Fashion Week award for the Finest Craft and Best Creativity. Her techniques and inspiration remains Chinese, although she works in the UK.
Uma Wang Fall-Winter 2015/2016 collection, dedicated to patterns and prints, was presented in Italy during the Milan Fashion Week and it offers: heavy volumes, flowing dresses, long overcoats, golden paisley patterns, floral prints, Earthy hues, black velvet and wool, white-collared tunic dresses.
