Spring-Summer 2014 collection by Simone Rocha

Irish designer Simone Rocha - daughter of designer John Rocha - presented her Spring-Summer 2014 collection yesterday (September 17, 2013) during the London Fashion Week.

The key elements of this collection are lace, embroidery, tulle and pearls!

It's a combination between the hard and the soft and includes plasticized lace skirt suits, embroidered plastic dresses, stark white coats with pearl-encrusted collars and broderie anglaise corset dresses. Ladylike and elegant!

Accessories were… anything with pearls, pearls and more pearls plus the old lady patent black bags and the knee socks edged with pearls of course.

Make up - thick unruly brows, rosy cheeks and soft pink lips.

Hair - tiny ponytails which were then knotted together and messy platted mohawks.

'I wanted it to be more provocative this season… I was looking at a lot of Araki photos actually as well as spending time in Ireland. I think that really shined through in the collection', said Simone Rocha.
